The prestigious event took place recently at the Nelum Pokuna and was organized by the Ministry of Industries and the Industrial Development Board. The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of President Ranil Wickramasinghe as the chief guest.

The National Industry Excellence Awards 2023 saw the participation of 21 outstanding industries, each vying for recognition and acknowledgment of their remarkable contributions. The judging panel, consisting of 18 industry experts, meticulously evaluated the nominees based on various criteria such as; contributing to the economic development of Sri Lanka, manufacturing process and standards, environment-friendly practices, and employee training and development. Raja Jewellers with its rich legacy and commitment to excellence, excelled in all these domains which led to their remarkable achievement of the Gold Award.
